Tájékoztató benyújtandó kísérőiratok formájáról – 2023 január

2022 decemberében frissült a CMDh alábbi dokumentuma: Best Practice Guides (BPG) for the Submission and Processing of Variations in the Mutual Recognition Procedure, amely az alábbi linken érhető el:

Ennek 3., 4. és 5. fejezetében (az alábbi ügytípusokra vonatkozóan, sorrendben: Type IA, Type IB és Type II) szerepel új szövegelemként az alábbi bekezdés:

For variations that affect the SmPC and/or labelling or package leaflet, clean and tracked versions should be submitted as word files in the working documents. All changes in the text, in comparison with the previously approved version of product information, should be marked with track-changes in the highlighted versions.

Nyomatékosan felhívjuk azonban a figyelmet, hogy a benyújtott word dokumentumoknak (minden ügytípusban) követniük kell a formai (margókra, betűtípusra, szövegelrendezésre stb. vonatkozó) előírásokat, amelyek az alábbi linken találhatók meg:
