Chief Pharmaceutical Division Carries out the authority duties specified in the legislation, attends to the complaints, reports coming from the area of public pharmaceutical supply and reports of public interest within its competence, performs the professional oversight of the operation and supply activities of retail and branch pharmacies, dispensaries and pharmaceutical distribution points outside of pharmacies, keeps records relating to pharmacies and pharmaceutical distribution points outside of pharmacies.
