How to apply for scientific advice/consultancy
Written consultation
- Applications for scientific advice/consultancy are to be submitted by e-mail sent to tanacsadas@nngyk.gov.hu. Submissions are required to contain the application form and background documentation.
- Applications are pre-evaluated (validated). If any information is missing the applicant is notified of the necessary corrections within 5 workdays.
- A valid submission essentially involves a correct and complete application form that can be downloaded from here.
- The questions submitted by the applicant are answered in written within 40 workdays. In case of assessment of ancillary medicinal substances incorporated in medical devices within 210 workdays.
Oral consultation
- Applications for scientific advice/consultancy are to be submitted by e-mail sent to tanacsadas@nngyk.gov.hu Submissions are required to contain the application form and background documentation.
- Applications are pre-evaluated (validated). If any information is missing the applicant is notified of the necessary corrections within 5 days.
- A valid submission essentially involves a correct and complete application form that can be downloaded from here.
- As far as possible, a face-to-face meeting of no longer than 90 minutes is scheduled to be held within 40 workdays.
- Background documentation is to be attached to the application. Presentations prepared for the oral consultation are to submitted one week before the scheduled date of the face-to-face meeting.
- Applicants are requested to send a list of participants of the oral consultation to tanacsadas@nngyk.gov.hu at least one week before the scheduled date of the face-to-face meeting.
- Minutes of the oral consultation are made by the applicant, and are requested to be sent to us within 10 workdays after the face-to-face meeting.
- The final version of the minutes (corrected or modified if necessary) are sent back to the applicant within 10 workdays after receival.
